Screen Printing

Here at Touch Of Ink we specialise in Screen Printing. We are capable of printing thousands of garments a month with our manual and automated presses.

Screen printing offers a cost-effective solution if you need large runs of custom-printed shirts , Hoodies or bags for your special event, brand promotion, or corporate function. The process involves transferring designs onto a fabric using ink and a series of screens to produce high-quality colours and images.

Based on the time involved in setting up a printing job we have a minimum order quantity for Screen Printing 20 garments.

Each  colour in your artwork requires a screen setup which we charge £30 per screen. This is a one off payment and the next time you place an order for the same design you won’t have to pay this again.

 

Vibrant Prints
Our most popular Inks of choice for screen Printing are plastisol inks which have high opacity resulting in bright bright prints with vibrant colour.
Durability
One of the major factor for choosing screen printing is that it is durable and can sometime even last longer than the garments themselves.
Very Versatile
Screen printing accommodates a wide range of materials, including vinyl, fabric, rigid plastic, foam board, metal, glass and many others.
Cost-Efficient
Screen Printing is one of the most cost efficient printing technique.  Making this the preferred method for large quantity with fast turnarounds.
