Can i get a sample?
Yes, we can make you a sample but there is a flat rate fee of £50 per garment then screen charges on top. You can see a selection of our work on any of our social media or our blog.

Can i supply my own garment?
Yes of course, although you might find it cheaper for us to supply you the garment also.
What are screen charges?
The Screen charges cover the cost of having the design made into a screen. This charge is ‘one off’ as the screen is stored for future use for a period of 1 year.
Screen print setup is charged at £25 per screen. One screen is required for each different design. Each colour in your design requires a different screen.
If you require two different size of your design, for example you need your logo small on the left chest and you also need your design large at the back of your garment then this will require two different screens.
What is a standard turnaround time?
At Touch Of Ink we always try to get any job out as quick as possible. BUT our standard turnaround is 5– 7 business working days after you have approved your artwork, although in busy seasons we can run up to a 14 working day turn around.
However if you need a quick turn around we do offer an express service, please call us to make sure we can achieve your delivery date (there also will be an express service charge)
Do you have an express service?
If you need your order much sooner than our standard turnaround time we are happy to help.
However we do charge £50 on top of your normal quote on a standard turnaround time for orders under £150. Anything over £150 we will add 25% to your final order

How do i make payment
All payment options are shown at the bottom of your Quote or Invoice. We take Cash, Bank Transfer and Payment over the phone.
What happens next?
Once we have all information confirmed and payment has been made it will all be passed over to our artwork team.
They will set up visuals to sign off on.
Once your artwork has been approved your stock will be ordered and production will commence.
Damages & Disputes
Any shortages, damages, complaints & disputes be notified within 72 hours of receipt of delivery. In case of collected goods no claims for shortages, damages , complaints and dispute will be considered. Goods will not be taken/ accepted back once they are printed, embroidered or processed in any manner whatsoever
